Design
Our in house teams, design the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems and software content for each project giving greater process control. During the design process, close interaction between the electrical, software and mechanical departments is paramount for a successful project. An in house facility means changes and modifications are closely controlled and recorded immediately so ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
We offer both 2D and 3D CAD systems.
Mechanical Design
3D CAD.
Our 3D CAD capability enables us to quickly and easily communicate our design ideas to customers, in a clear and easy to visualise manner. Models may be produced and incorporated into customer's site plans to ensure adequate space is allowed/available for the proposed solution.

2D CAD.
Our 2D CAD facility is AutoCAD. We maintain our 2D capabilities to ensure compatibility with previous drawing formats and accessing historical drawings of projects designed entirely in 2D.Electrical Design
All electrical design is carried out in house enabling close
collaboration with the mechanical design team to incorporate cable
runs, control equipment etc into the design from an early stage.
This leads to a more integrated, aesthetically pleasing solution.
Software
The majority of software we use for our machines is written in
house. We use propriety software packages such as Siemens Step 7 and
Visual Studio.Net to write bespoke software to carry out the
control and measurement functions each machine requires.
